Sarah provides compassionate and evidence-based support and aims to bring a collaborative and holistic approach to her role as a psychologist.
Sarah has worked in the not-for-profit sector for twenty years with the last five specifically focussed on work within the mental health industry. Her earlier career was committed to the social and educational participation of young people and their families. More recent roles included the facilitation of affordable wraparound mental health support and identifying behavioural interventions to increase wellbeing and quality of living.
Sarah combines her experience and education to deliver sessions that are individualised and guided by your personal goals.
Sarah completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the Queensland University of Technology and she is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and Medicare. She is also an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
